GRENACHE

Very expressive, with a dominant note of fresh fruit and more specifically “strawberry”.

SYRAH

Less peppery than elsewhere and more licorice-like, but picked at maturity its role is to bring a real freshness to the blends.

MOURVÈDRE

This grape variety is very closely linked to the vintage and the vine. We love it for the unique character of its tannins, which are very well-integrated.

CARIGNAN

In our terroirs, it brings structure to the wines and its aromatic expression of garrigue. It is our geometric grape variety.

ROUSSANNE

A smoky aroma, which alone gives the character of a wine aged in oak barrels.

WHITE GRENACHE

In our blends, it brings its finesse and allows the right balance between Roussanne and Rolle.

ROLLE

An extremely fresh grape variety, whose aromatic expression is centered on white-fleshed fruits. It brings vitality to the wine.
